Stakeholders Come Together
My name is Angie Nenneman. My family farms about 1/2 mile from the breach in Percival, Iowa. Several of us have started a grassroots type of organization that is dealing with recovery and prevention. We have members from South Dakota to Missouri and would like to get the word out to people that are affected in you area. (Everyone is affected!) We realize that your situation is a little different, but all of us need to be in favor of Responsible River Management. We have met with many of the politicians in the river states and and met with Kim Thomas and Jody Farhat of the USACOE Omaha District on Monday.
